It all began in Abaltzisketa, a small village hidden among the mountains, in the heart of Aralar Natural Park. At the foothills of Txindoki mountain, where mist weaves through beech trees at dawn, stood Ermenta\u00f1e farmhouse\u2014a house that meant everything to the village.
People came there to have a drink, get their hair cut, buy a pair of sneakers… or simply to chat. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

It was also where the first phone in the village rang <\/strong>\u2013 a line that brought people together in a time when distance still meant silence.<\/p>

In that home built on service and closeness, I\u00f1aki Gorostidi <\/strong>was born, in a family with a deep-rooted vocation for serving others. He grew up surrounded by conversations, customers, neighbors, learning early on that service was more than a job: it was a way of life. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

That question gave birth to a project that would transform the old family farmhouse into a communication platform capable of connecting people, companies and cultures. Where a barbershop once stood, there is now a human team providing service in more than seven languages<\/strong>. From that green nook in Gipuzkoa, Ermenta\u00f1e reinvented itself to continue doing what it has always done: listen, resolve, support. Only the reach changed\u2014 from the village to the world. Because technology evolves, but the vocation for service remains.

The Association of Companies of Gipuzkoa (ADEGI<\/a>) will hold Company Day on 29 May at Tabakalera, an event in which Logikaline <\/a>will participate as a speaker and as a success-story case. The session will take the form of a dynamic talk led by \u00c1ngel Castrillo and Jon Karla Liceaga, and will be based on the New Business Culture.<\/p>

The conversation will take place during the Annual General Assembly, held each year, and will feature I\u00f1aki Gorostidi, Managing Director of Logikaline; Leire Zabaleta, Director of Projects and Technology; Igotz Roteta, Head of Planning and Operations; and Bego\u00f1a Aizpurua, Sales Manager. <\/strong><\/p>

In response to the industrial recession and the severe period of economic instability that affected Gipuzkoa some years ago, ADEGI decided to lead a transformation of business culture focused on fostering dialogue and strengthening employee commitment in order to improve competitiveness.<\/p>

Commitment is a field in which Logikaline has much to contribute, as the company has always been distinguished by its strong people-centred approach. \u201cWe define ourselves as a family-oriented and transparent company, and this has shaped the way we work, with initiatives as meaningful as genuine work\u2013life balance that supports both personal and professional development,\u201d <\/em>adds Aizpurua<\/strong>. Only in this way are projects as ambitious as those carried out over the past twenty years with clients such as Eroski<\/a>, Orona, and Euskaltel made possible. <\/p>

One of the objectives of the talk is to highlight the characteristics that define a company built on the principles of the New Culture<\/strong> something that is challenging at first glance, but which Zabaleta links to the \u201ceffort to ensure that transformation flows naturally and across departments.\u201d<\/em> \u201cMy experience with our technology team, made up of young professionals who have deeply internalised this new business culture, has led me to understand and practise leadership as guidance rather than command,<\/em>\u201d she adds. <\/p>

The contact centre resumes its sponsorships with an interesting cultural project.<\/p>

On this occasion, the aim is to keep alive the traditions that have shaped the unique culture and identity of our society.<\/p>

Through travelling exhibitions, Gorka Garmendia, heritage expert and ethnographic consultant, will lead the association’s various projects.<\/p>

The exhibition cycle will, naturally, begin in Abaltzisketa, with the support of the Town Council and under strict safety measures to ensure compliance with maximum capacity limits. The launch dates are not yet known, but it is expected to be before the end of this year. <\/p>

On this occasion, Garmendia will pay tribute to the women who for centuries mastered the sacred language of nature, shaping our customs.<\/p>

The origin of the project dates back to 2019, when Garmendia published her first and only novel to date, BA, el equilibrio entre los mundos (BA, the balance between worlds). A short work full of visual symbolism, it saw the light of day in a single edition published by Xibarit Argitletxa and was a bestseller, selling out in record time. The warm reception and repeated requests from the public led the author to join forces with Logikaline in this new adventure that is Hemengoak, a cultural project that, through exclusive exhibitions and performances, seeks to keep alive the knowledge and tradition that surround our villages. <\/p>
