Four leading companies have joined forces to design a user journey that guarantees a memorable, intelligent and sustainable experience. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saniplast.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saniplast<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundibide.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundibide Group<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/kuik.tech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kuik<\/a>! and Logikaline have created the project in close collaboration, contributing their expertise in their respective fields.<\/p>\n<p>Data analysis, trend detection and efficient consumption<\/p>\n<p>Data analysis and the application of technologies aimed at analysing both the user experience and behaviour have been the cornerstones in the creation of this interesting project that is set to \u2018revolutionise\u2019 water management.<\/p>\n<p>Logikaline&#8217;s contact centre platform has designed a hybrid multi-channel, multi-support customer service system with different marketing tools that enable trend detection and analysis, as well as reinforcing information through impacts that make users&#8217; lives easier and improve their experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018We hope that TEKUR will position us beyond a standard contact centre platform to give visibility to what we really are, a technology company specialising in the design, creation and implementation of personalised customer service solutions,\u2019 said I\u00f1aki Gorostidi, Director of Logikaline, who also added that the scope and values of the project will change the sector.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<footer> <\/footer>\n<\/article>\n<footer> <\/footer>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last Wednesday, the TEKUR platform was presented at the International Water and Irrigation Exhibition (SMAGUA), an innovative project in which Logikaline has played an active role in its design and creation.
