The Association of Companies of Gipuzkoa (ADEGI) will hold Company Day on 29 May at Tabakalera, an event in which Logikaline will participate as a speaker and as a success-story case. The session will take the form of a dynamic talk led by Ángel Castrillo and Jon Karla Liceaga, and will be based on the New Business Culture.
The conversation will take place during the Annual General Assembly, held each year, and will feature Iñaki Gorostidi, Managing Director of Logikaline; Leire Zabaleta, Director of Projects and Technology; Igotz Roteta, Head of Planning and Operations; and Begoña Aizpurua, Sales Manager.
In response to the industrial recession and the severe period of economic instability that affected Gipuzkoa some years ago, ADEGI decided to lead a transformation of business culture focused on fostering dialogue and strengthening employee commitment in order to improve competitiveness.
Commitment is a field in which Logikaline has much to contribute, as the company has always been distinguished by its strong people-centred approach. “We define ourselves as a family-oriented and transparent company, and this has shaped the way we work, with initiatives as meaningful as genuine work–life balance that supports both personal and professional development,” adds Aizpurua. Only in this way are projects as ambitious as those carried out over the past twenty years with clients such as Eroski, Orona, and Euskaltel made possible.
One of the objectives of the talk is to highlight the characteristics that define a company built on the principles of the New Culture something that is challenging at first glance, but which Zabaleta links to the “effort to ensure that transformation flows naturally and across departments.” “My experience with our technology team, made up of young professionals who have deeply internalised this new business culture, has led me to understand and practise leadership as guidance rather than command,” she adds.
The event will also be attended by Iñigo Urkullu, along with representatives from all the companies that make up ADEGI.
