Anonymous reporting of serious issues
Through this page, you can send information about reprehensible issues or report unethical, illegal or policy-violating actions. This system should be used to bring to light issues that would otherwise not have come to light.
You can report confidentially by providing your name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously. All enquiries are treated confidentially and securely.
HR-related matters
Human resources matters cannot be reported through this system, but should be discussed with your line manager, director or human resources.
From this page, you can make a new secure report or follow up on an existing report.
Following up on your reports may be relevant for a number of reasons:
1) You want to see the status of your report to check whether action is being taken.
2) You want to provide additional information to your report.
3) The system administrators have asked you to provide additional information to help them resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
