It all began in Abaltzisketa, a small village hidden among the mountains, in the heart of Aralar Natural Park. At the foothills of Txindoki mountain, where mist weaves through beech trees at dawn, stood Ermentañe farmhouse—a house that meant everything to the village.
People came there to have a drink, get their hair cut, buy a pair of sneakers… or simply to chat.
It was also where the first phone in the village rang – a line that brought people together in a time when distance still meant silence.
In that home built on service and closeness, Iñaki Gorostidi was born, in a family with a deep-rooted vocation for serving others. He grew up surrounded by conversations, customers, neighbors, learning early on that service was more than a job: it was a way of life.
Over time, that inheritance became an idea:

That question gave birth to a project that would transform the old family farmhouse into a communication platform capable of connecting people, companies and cultures. Where a barbershop once stood, there is now a human team providing service in more than seven languages. Where a single phone once rang, hundreds of conversations echo every minute.
