A 24-hour contact centre offers a wide range of possibilities for organising working hours. Morning, afternoon, night shifts, flexible hours, continuous or shift work; the combinations can be very varied.

Logikaline currently has 141 employees. 85.82% are women and 14.18% are men. Of these, 38.29% are parents, so flexible working hours and work-life balance are taken into account when defining working conditions.

All company employees receive initial training before joining the workforce, but Logikalin’s challenge is to promote the professional development of each employee, taking advantage of their talent, so that they can take on other roles that match their knowledge or skills.
