It all began in Abaltzisketa, a small village hidden among the mountains, in the heart of Aralar Natural Park. At the foothills of Txindoki mountain, where mist weaves through beech trees at dawn, stood Ermentañe farmhouse—a house that meant everything to the village.
People came there to have a drink, get their hair cut, buy a pair of sneakers… or simply to chat.
