We have retained the ‘Leaders in Loyalty’ Award for the ninth consecutive year, reaffirming our commitment to excellence in customer service and our focus on the people who humanise technology.
This recognition highlights the consistency, coherence and continuous improvement in loyalty strategies and service quality provided to Eroski Club for over a decade.
This work began in Abaltzisketa, the original headquarters of the Logikaline group, and has grown alongside the client.
‘Loyalty is the reflection of a consistent experience. This award is recognition of the daily efforts of the entire team,’ comments Iñaki Gorostidi, Managing Director of Logikaline.
During the award evaluation, audits were carried out on the customer service department, which are usually accompanied by satisfaction surveys (in 2024, more than 2,000 satisfaction surveys were conducted).
This recognition not only rewards what has been achieved, but also encourages us to continue improving. In Gorostidi’s words, ‘we are not content with winning one year, but rather with winning by becoming better and better’.
